You only need to attend 1 tryout date, all kids make a team:

Tryout dates:
Field 4 Thursday September 7th 6pm (check-in 5:30pm)
Field 4 Saturday September 9th 9am (check-in 8:30am)

Description

Machine Pitch Baseball is for boys and girls league age 7-8.  The ball is pitched from a machine at 40 mph & players must put the ball in play off the machine. Machine pitch is our entry level competitive division with fast pace of game.

Volunteers

• PLEASE RAISE YOUR HAND TO VOLUNTEER THROUGH THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

• Each team will need 4 coaches to make gameplay happen

• Baseball acumen is not required, we will teach you

Tryouts

All candidates are REQUIRED TO ATTEND ONE of the tryout sessions

Team Assignment

• Managers will reach out to parents when teams are drafted

• Siblings in the same division will be placed on the same team

Practices

• Once the season starts, practices are at the discretion of the manager/head coach.

Games

• Game schedules will be provided through the team manager.

• Game play details bylaws to be shared by team manager

Equipment

• League provides jersey (non-custom) & hat

• Pants, belt, socks, protective gear are parent’s responsibility

• Minimum equipment:  Glove & Helmet

• Additional equipment:  USA Stamped Baseball Bat, Baseball Bag, Cleats, Catcher’s Equipment
